Thank you for shopping at Buy Firefly Guitar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The guitar or item must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products showing signs of misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

• Items damaged due to improper use or unauthorized modifications

Return Process

Before sending any item back, contact our customer support to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you would like a different model or color, please contact us before placing a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
